Self Levelling Screeds

Self levelling screeds can be laid to minimum thickness of 7mm and can be installed at a speed in excess of 1,000sqm per day. In refurbishment projects it replaces the option of breaking out and casting new concrete while the areas it can lay in short timescales are invaluable in new build projects with the time pressures clients are under. The fast-drying properties mean that the client or other trades are able to access the new floor quickly after is has been installed with the resultant cost benefits.
