December 2009
Industrial Floor Treatments , together with Flowcrete UK, are the proud recipients of the award for FeRFA Project of the Year 2009/10.

The prestigious award was presented at the annual FeRFA Awards Dinner & Presentation held at the AGM on Wednesday 9th December at the Forest of Arden Hotel. The award was given for works undertaken at the University of Glasgow's Small Animals Hospital.

The project formed part of larger expansion works at one of the UK's busiest pet hospitals.

Best Building in Scotland Award
November 2009
The Small Animals Hospital at Glasgow University has won the RIAS (Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland) Andrew Doolan Best Building in Scotland Award 2009. The building beat competition from 28 other submissions for buildings throughout the country. We successfully installed 2,600sqm of high quality resin flooring to this building which helped to bolster the overall aesthetic of the design. A full description and photos of the project are contained in a dedicated Case Study within our website.

Achilles Accreditation Achieved

Industrial Floor Treatments are delighted to announce that we have successfully secured Achilles accreditation. This internationally recognised supply chain standard involved a full audit of all our H&S procedures as well as looking in detail at the overall compliance of our Environmental & Quality systems together with our Social & Ethical Controls. This sits alongside accreditation already secured through Safecontractor and helps to provide our existing and future clients with full confidence in the standards we set.
